Deep ACT Techniques

(Under Development...)

We are planning to list all our used techniques on this page. We use the system from Steven C. Hayes' book, "A Liberated Mind", Part 3 Intro, where he lists techniques according to its place and use in the Flexagon. So each technique is listed under a certain Pivot or node.

We list a few in the table below but the idea is to turn the page into a complete tool box, listing all the techniques that qualify for the Flexagon; each technique with a short description and the rationale behind.

We have over the years developed and assembled many tools and techniques we trust. They have proven to be easy to understand and effective and sometimes even fun to give and receive.
